Learn More about This Dialogue

Why is this dialogue taking place?

This national online dialogue is taking place because the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) seeks to learn about thoughts and ideas from interest groups on how to improve access to employment and careers.

As such, through this online dialogue, DOL has an interest in learning about thoughts and ideas for policies, practices, strategies, and approaches to support the goal of improved employment and career access for people on the autism spectrum and other neurodivergent people.

Inputs gathered during this dialogue will be used by DOL to help drive neurodiversity at work and increase access to employment and career pathways.
